We are part of a community within a warm, nurturing environment.
Greenfields staff are fun, inspirational people who are determined to ensure that every child stands on their own as a lifelong learner.
We ensure that all children grow in confidence, independence and that their education is full of creativity, challenge, wonder and fun.
We have whole school assemblies in the school hall which is also used for PE and dance classes. We put on plays and music recitals on our stage and encourage the children to look after the school environment.
Each key stage has its own playground.
We have a large playing field and conservation area, which we also use as an outside classroom. We also have a horticultural garden, where we grow everything from flowers to vegetables. We have exciting apparatus for the children to play on, including a pirate ship and trim trail.
At Greenfields we operate a house system with all children and staff being allocated to one of the following house groups:
- Hoy (Yellow)
- Farah (Red)
- Ennis (Blue)
- Adlington (Green)
The children and staff gain house points for a variety of reasons and each week the points are calculated and a cup is awarded during our Celebration Assembly to the winning house.
