A PURRFECT ALIBI

It was TS Eliot who revealed that Scotland Yard was baffled by a mysterious cat called Macavity, alias the Hidden Paw. The cat was suspected of jewel theft, espionage, criminal damage to greenhouse glass and assaulting a Pekingese dog. Did he stop there? It appears not, as our school recently fell victim to a terrible tragedy. On Wednesday morning, we arrived at school to observe that Year Four classrooms and locker rooms had been ransacked and left in a terrible mess. Having followed the clues left, Year Four identified Macavity the Mystery Cat as the culprit. They also discovered that two local schools have been visited Macavity the Mystery cat. Year Four have passed on all of this information to Nick Adderley, Chief Constable for Northamptonshire Police - will they be able to catch Macavity the Mystery cat?
