Bugtopia

Year 6 have been studying classification of animals in their Science topic.  They had a amazing and educational visit from Craig from Bugtopia who brought with him an array of 'mini beasts' and a wealth of knowledge.  The children learnt so many amazing facts about these fascinating animals, for example, that stick insects can re-grow limbs and cockroaches can live for a month without food! Everyone had the opportunity to hold the mini beasts , which was far less scary than we all thought originally!
