DRET 10th Anniversary Summer Cup 2023

Our team were splendid representatives and in an extra-special 10th anniversary Summer Cup at Mere's Stadium in Grantham. The annual DRET celebration of all things DRET sport was hosted by Colin Jackson MBE and a host of para- and olympians. Our team finished in their highest placing ever - they were third out of 23 primary schools. The team completed in field athletics, swimming and hockey and, as you can see here, their medal haul, particularly in running events was magnificent. Above all, however, they showed excellent sportsmanship and encouragement to each other, and also athletes from other schools.
