Forest School Fun Toasting Marshmallows

This week on Wednesday afternoon the lucky forest school group had a fire! They were all very excited, but they carefully listened to the safety instructions that were given while cooling down with an ice pole. It was then time to set the fire up and light it. They all had a go at putting wood in the fire remembering to wear their fire gloves and staying outside of the fire circle (which was actually a rectangle!). They then all toasted marshmallows and apple slices.
