Its a MAD Museum

This week, Year Six visited the MAD Museum in Stratford-Upon-Avon. The museum exhibits included interactive pieces of mechanical art, kinetic art and automata. Year Six have been learning about Forces in their Science topic and this gave them an opportunity to see the forces in action. Here's Soaring Eagles enjoying learning in the museum. Once back at school, they built their own kinetic art!

Just look at the faces of Proud Lions too! Alistair, curator of the MAD Museum, insisted on having his photo taken with the class as they were ‘the best behaved and most engaged and respectful group of children I have had the pleasure of having in the MAD Museum for at least the last ten years.’ The Lions did us proud and learned so much.
