LIGHTS, Camera, Action………. Year Four/Five

This week Year Four/Five have started their new science topic on light and learnt about different light sources and the ways in which we see light and colour. Children found out how light travels and also spent some time studying the light from the sun and how this creates shadows.

As well as being scientists, the children spent some time on Monday learning how to work collaboratively again: lots of teamwork skills were on show when children attempted to make towers with spaghetti and marshmallows.

A huge 'well done' to Stefan and Caleb for their creativity and also to Andesha, Tuesday and Ayisha for their team work.
