Life Cycle and Springtime

Reception Wow Day - the children enjoyed learning about the plant life cycle and planting seeds such as asters, nasturtiums and daisies and explored the garden for bugs. We talked about the weather and how things start to grow in the Springtime. We looked at pictures of baby animals which made us really excited to visit the Nevill Holt farm later this term! We then looked closely at some Spring flowers and drew them in detail using watercolour pencils to add some colour.
