Puddles and Things for Year One
This week, Year One ventured on a trip to Wicksteed Park. They found so may interesting things along the way including ... PUDDLES! The rain had joined the children on their walk which made our adventure much more exciting. There was a lot of discussion about where rain comes from and what it is made of. The children also found some freestanding structures (which they have been learning about in D&T) and were afraid they would be knocked down in heavy wind. What a whirlwind of a day!
