Reception on the DRET Farm

This week Reception visited the DRET farm. They did lots of activities while they were there. The children had a go at holding some rabbits and guinea pigs. The group visited the donkeys, cows, sheep, pigs and lambs. The class went outside to find some chicken eggs so they could make eggy bread in the kitchen, and really enjoyed the yummy bread! Lastly they had a run outside and collected minibeasts. It was great to explore the natural environment and see all the different animals. We are truly fortunate to have our very own farm to visit!
