Rivers in the Local Area

Year One wrapped up this term with an exciting trip to explore the River Ise in Geddington. They did observational drawing creating detailed field sketches of the river and its surroundings. They also enjoyed discovering the local river wildlife and venturing into the river to search for fish! An amazing hands-on learning experience! Thank you to Miss Bryce's mum, who caught minnows and other river life for us to look at (and put it back safely afterwards).
