Sign Language Week

This week Greenfields have celebrated British Sign Language Week. The week started with an assembly where Mr Leach and Mrs Wensley explained why the school was celebrating this week and taught the children some signs. The School was set a challenge to learn to sign a part of the song 'A Million Dreams' from The Greatest Showman. The school BSL Week video of the learning will be available to view on Padlets and Twitter from Monday 21st March. On our BSL Week Padlet link below you can view the lovely learning and upload videos of your children practising their BSL at home. Greenfields have loved seeing the enthusiasm for sign language in all year groups and are very proud of all of the children for being so resilient in learning a new skill.
