Strength in the Hand

In Ladybirds this week the younger group have been getting their hand muscles warmed up ready for starting to write and mark make in the new Nursery class. Using the underside of a table with large paper covering it we can really put small hands to work drawing up above their heads and gives the wrist great flexibility.

They have also been preparing for more independence. Practicing putting our own clothes on and mastering toilet training! The children are growing up now!
