Wind and Science

Year One kicked off this term being scientists for Wow Day! They explored the new science topic all about materials by testing different materials to see which one would make the best material for a parachute. They made some super predictions and after evaluating their findings decided to use black bin bags to create the parachutes. The children had great fun watching their parachutes blow around the playground in the wind!
