Year 1 Wow Day

Year 1 had a great WOW day which introduced them to their new History and Science topics. We learnt about different modes of transport over the last 100 years and created our own models. We used a variety of materials which links to our Science topic of Materials. We then went on a material hunt around the school and found so many different materials!

We also had our reward day treat which was toasting marshmallows and decorating sticks. We then warmed up with a lovely hot chocolate.
