Year Four Visit The Local Mosque

Year Four had a fantastic visit to the local mosque on Wednesday afternoon, where they learned all about the five pillars of Islam. They were in awe! The children were lucky enough to arrive in time for the afternoon prayer, where they observed the prayer positions and got to see Muslims in conversation with Allah. 

Everyone, including the Iman, was so impressed with the children's respectful behaviour and curiosity. 

What a great way to bring the class' Religious Education learning to life!
