Year One Investigate Space

This week Year One have explored the amazing galaxy we all live in. The children have been travelling through space and learning about the planets. There are eight in the solar system and they're all so different. The class thought really hard about why earth was just right for humans! It's not too hot or cold. They read all about Bob Bertram (the man on the moon). This book made them think if aliens are real or not because even if humans can't see them, they might be hiding just like in the story. The children can't wait for their trip to the Space Centre!
