Year Three Visit to Stanwick Lakes

This week Year Three visited Stanwick lakes. They learned all about the River Nene and the Nene valley. They saw examples of a meander as well as an oxbow lake on their river tour led by Ranger, Michelle. Michelle was very impressed with everyone's knowledge of rivers and river vocabulary. They then finished off their river study with a well earned play in the park!
