Year Two Go on a Mini Beast Hunt!

This week, Year Two have been busy exploring the school grounds in search of mini beasts! As part of their science topic, the children investigated different micro habitats around the playground. They discovered a wide variety of tiny creatures, including ants, woodlice, and even spiders hiding under logs and in the flowerbeds. The children were excited to learn how each mini beast lives in its own special environment. It was a great way to explore nature and understand how animals survive in different habitats.
