Year Two Habitats

To start the summer term, Year Two had their WOW moments—something the children always get excited about! This term, they are learning about habitats in geography. The children focused on woodland habitats and used art to create scenes showing where different animals might live. They thought carefully about what animals need and added lots of detail to their pictures. The finished work is now on display in our classroom and looks fantastic! It was a great way to begin the term - helping the children learn about nature while also having fun with art.
