Principal's Welcome

On behalf of all the staff and pupils I would like to extend a very warm welcome to our school website.

I feel privileged to be the Headteacher of such an amazing school. Our children and staff are the most welcoming and friendly team. They are energetic and hugely enthusiastic in their every effort. Together, our core purposes is clear: we believe strongly in educating the whole child so that they leave Greenfields not only having achieved their full academic potential, but also as being creative and critical thinkers who has the confidence enough to challenge the world around them and enabling them for lifelong learning. Our school values are deeply embedded in day-to-day school life – INSPIRATION, AMBITION, COURAGE, RESPECT.

At Greenfields we believe that the early years and primary phases of education are the most important in a child's learning journey. It is a time when we aim to nurture all our children, giving them a love of learning and a passion for high levels of achievement. Our curriculum is one that is highly ambitious and that inspires our children be curious and interested in the wider world. Our pupils have a genuine thirst for learning and this has resulted in Greenfields being a high performing, successful school.

It is my personal aim to ensure that every child at Greenfields Primary and Nursery enjoys a happy, caring and fulfilling school experience.
